Hoch über dem Inntal erklingt die Gemeinschaftsglocke der ARGE ALP-Länder Bayern, Tirol und Südtirol und erinnert mit ihrem Geläut an Frieden und gute Nachbarschaft. Gleichzeitig ist sie ein Denkmal für 25 Jahre grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit der ARGE ALP-Länder.
Die Friedensglocke auf dem äußeren Westhügel von Mösern ist ein imposanter Anblick. Sie steht frei in einer grandiosen Alpenlandschaft und eröffnet einen herrlichen Panoramablick über das Tiroler Inntal. Die Friedensglocke ist die größte Glocke Tirols. Ihre Höhe beträgt 2,51 Meter und sie hat einen Durchmesser von 2,54 Meter. Über 10 Tonnen gegossene Bronze muss das Joch tragen und die extremen Schwingungen aushalten. Allein der Klöppel wiegt über eine halbe Tonne.
Täglich um 17.00 Uhr wird die schwere Glocke geläutet und ihr Klang reicht weit ins Oberinntal hinein.

High above the Inn Valley, the community-of-regions bell of the alpine lands of Bavaria, Tyrol and South Tyrol rings out as a reminder of peace and good neighbourly relations. At the same time, it is a memorial to the 25 years of cross-border collaboration of the "ARGE ALP Association" countries. The Peace Bell on the outermost western hill of the village of M”sern is an imposing sight. It stands all by itself in the middle of spectacular alpine scenery, in a spot affording a superb, far-reaching view up the Inn Valley of Tyrol. The Peace Bell is the largest bell in Tyrol. It is eight feet 3 inches high and eight feet four inches in diameter. Its belfry has to support more than 10 tons of cast bronze, and withstand the dynamic extremes of the bell's vibrations as well. The clapper alone weighs over half a ton.
Every day at 5:00 PM, the huge bell tolls and its peal carries far out over the Upper Inn Valley.
Nella valle dell'Inn, in lontananza, si sente scampanare la campana della solidariet… dei paesi della Baviera, del Tirolo e dell'Alto Adige che compongono l'ARGE ALP. La campana suona per celebrare i rapporti di buon vicinato dei paesi raggruppati dall'associazione. Al medesimo tempo, la campana Š un monumento eretto in occasione del 25 esimo anniversario della collaborazione soprannazionale fra i paesi dell'ARGE ALP. La campana della pace eretta sulla collina occidentale di M”sern Š uno spettacolo imponente da vedersi. Troneggia maestosamente nel cuore di un paesaggio alpino maestoso e offre una vista panoramica stupenda sulla valle tirolese dell'Inn. La campana della pace Š la pi— grande del Tirolo. Misura 2,51 metri di altezza per un diametro di 2,54 metri. La travatura sopporta un peso di oltre 10 tonnellate di bronzo colato nell'argilla e oscillazioni molto importanti. Il battaglio pesa, da solo, pi— di mezza tonnellata.
La pesante campana suona ogni giorno alle 17h00 ed il suo scampanio risuona nella lontananza nella valle dell'Inn.
